I am happy to take a look at any broken, or non-functioning zipper. Sometimes, there is a simple fix.

If a zipper replacement is needed, here are a few options:

• You can bring your own zipper for installation.

• I have some zippers in stock. They may not always be an exact match to the original (sizes, coil style and colors vary widely in the zipper world). If I have something that may work, I can text pictures to make sure the substitute is acceptable before proceeding.

• I can order a zipper to replicate the look of the original zipper. However, that increases the turn-around time, and zipper cost plus shipping will be charged, in addition to the installation fee.
